Successful separation of AMU1 from Briz-M.
Telemetry on 11700.2 and 11702.5.

Technical requirements for Express AMU1 including frequency plan in Ku and Ka bands are in attachment (in Russian but can be easily translated)

Beacons:
11 700.50 MHz LHCP
11 702.50 MHz RHCP
19 675.00 MHz linear X-polarization (?)

Ka-band downlink frequencies:
18.1–19.7 GHz
19.7–20.2 GHz

Ka-band downlink frequencies:
18.1–19.7 GHz
19.7–20.2 GHz
Telemetry: 11700,20 H (pol: LHCP for transfer orbit and emergency) or 11702,50 H (pol: RHCP for transfer orbit and emergency)
Beacon on station: 12500,00 V (Ku-Band) and 19690,00 H (Ka-Band)

My info can be not precise, because technical requirements were written before satellite's construction and could be changed during manufacturing.
What is your source of info?

Information taken from various documents... these are the most recent, dating back to April 2015.Beacon_Express-AMU1.webp

I found the telemetry signal (frequency 11700,20 LHCP and 11702,50 RHCP) to about 66,5°E... moving to east....

The TLE is wrong, the satellite is already in the position of the test at 69,5°E

The IOT of Ku-band TPs has started two hours ago at 69.5°E.
There are 19 Vertical polarization and 10 Horizontal polarization TPs on screenshot, thus African beam is testing now.
I'm waiting for testing of Russian beam in circular polarization.

Can see these two groups of H transponders, though rather weak.
Therefore I better leave the monitoring of AMU-1 to you.
Good luck confirming or correcting the frequency plan (it's already on Marcus' site as well)!

I am at a loss to tell, that for a beam.
Reception on the linear converter.
