Also try 12054H - I get an occasional lock on there too.

Don't think D15 displays anything until there's a lock. Try on your DVB card.

This one doesn't register an unlocked SNR on my 1.2 but locks fine on my 1.8m. 12245 is fine of course and is used as one of my reference signals although it does peak during the early afternoon.
