I guess I'm way too lucky then, since the fade outside the official footprint is high, then in reality I must be officially covered, as the signal levels are virtually the same as they were on 5A in my location, despite the footprint showing no coverage for about 100km.
 
They are a lot of regular confirmations coming from dxsat teams that the Transalpine is received with "small" dishes across different parts of Europe (they're not mentioned in the Eutelsat's report (remember that 48dbw is the normal value for a 75 cm dish !!). 200 or 300 km outside the official map is easy covered with a 120 cm dish !

It's very strange that for this 5WB, Eutelsat mentions only the last value for 48 dbw; all the time is for 44 dbw (at least)!! ;)
 
It looks like the fade is far more steep on the western side of the footprint, than the eastern side. However, 17db on several transmitters with no official coverage is not something easily achieved on a 1.30 dish even with 44dbW. If only Astra2's "Pan-European" beams behaved like that...
 
Im receiving the French & Italian channels at full signal on my 90cm here in Essex. Or are these on 5WA?

In Toledo (gain 49 dBW according to Eutelsat 5 West B at 5.0°W - LyngSat Maps), with a 1m antenna and Edision OS Mio 4k, I receive in good weather: Transponder 11179 V - 12 db, 11509 H - 12.2 db, 12522 V (Mediaset) 13.2 db and 12648 V - 13.4 db

Haven't you seen the beam map, posted earlier by william-1?
In Essex you can get these channels on a smaller dish, as it's in the Transalpine zone:

They’re on 5WB but they’re as strong as ever in the Southern half on England because we’re still within the strongest part of the new footprint. Very easy to pick up here in Gloucestershire as well.
 
French and Italian multistream channels all full bore in North Yorkshire on 80cm.
 
Are 12669H 35500 & 12522V 35500 still broadcasting? No signal on either on a 1.2M in the North East.

Yep. Massive signal on both TPs on an 80cm in North Yorkshire.
 
A tweak to symbol rate brought back 12669H, and setting 12522V to MTS = Off suddenly inspired it to lock. I hate this Primo, so finicky.
 
I get on fine with my Primo - the only tricky catch was the 30W MTS stuff.

Which firmware are you using? I'm currently on 1.04.67. I get some random audio break up on 5W, and on 40E C band I get picture break up which is solved by changing between channels on the same transponder. Blind scan misses transponders even when they're blazingly strong like 28E.

My Primo went in the bin some time back!

I have not had a signal from the 12522 transponder (Mediaset channels and 7) for 2 days.

No signal here either so I will have a scan to see what has happened.
 
Looks like that transponder has shut down.
 
Eutelsat 5 West B @ 5° West multi-stream update 12522 V 35500 No signal now,
Stream 2 - Mediaset 5 (754 MHz) 272-950 moved to 12669 H 35500
Stream 33 - Cario Due 8572-263 also moved to 12669 H 35500
Stream 222 - Mediaset 2 (594 MHz) 272-905 no longer broadcasts from 5°West
