Nope, the image you see in the background is from the previously tuned channel (RTL 102.5). The screencap shows you the 4AF4 caid name which is Marlin, so that you know what it is. I read that it's used in some cam modules for TVs.
The only unofficial way to view Fransat is already shown by moonbase in his screencaps from the known receivers that connect to that "server"....

I can only see the HD channels in OSCam with my Fransat PC6 card. It's reporting that I have the incorrect AES Keys for the UHD ones.
