I got signals from this frequency with 107 cm ofset dish but the sinal is strongest in the morning until midday, in the afternoon, it is totally gone.

For my location the coverage of Central Asia Beam is 46dBW. The reception on Sunday was at 12pm. I don't know what's my SNR during early morning or late night hours.
If you can, put a screenshot of your reception during 24 hours to have a better results of this beam coverage.

My SNR at 16:30 EEST has reduce to 9.5 from 10.5dB (11213 Ver 16666 5/6 s2) but the signal at 11293 H(ABS Free Dish Package)has increase from 10 to 11.8dB
