Eutelsat 7A is moving west currently @ 47.04 east.

Have previous plans for Eutelsat 7A relocation 7E to 139.2W been scrapped or is this another in-between mission maybe to 5 west ?

Eutelsat 7A spent a few months at 59.7°E, and has now arrived at 30.9°E (incl. 0.4°).
This 30.9°E slot was previously (until Jan 2018) occupied by Eutelsat 31A (renamed e-Bird).
So I think it's another slot reservation with no or little activity.

I can only receive 10993 V 4444 TRT World HD + Turksat Tanitim from flysats list.
100cm set up = 30 to 40% SQ with Octagon Optima.
 
After a full scan I also found these:-

12591 V 3330 id=TL-SNG3
 
Eutelsat 7A is at 30.9°E, with 0.45° inclination now, so some signal variations are possible throughout the day.
Slot reservation for Turksat as usual.
Some uplinks intended for 30.5°E Arabsat 5A/6A are also downlinked by 7A, unintended.

Indeed, the 11GHz channels from Arabsat reflect on Eutelsat's 12GHz.
