These are the primary coverage maps of the upcoming Eutelsat 7C , extracted from Eutelsat Coverage Zone app.
According to the application, there will be 3 beams , Arfican , east and west.

Somewhere in England (possibly?)!

Like Spain, Turkey has many quite high mountainous areas, and so, possibly, some people (especially in valleys) will get better reception from one beam than the other.

Shouldn't make much difference unless the numbers of channels are planned to expand a lot over time - and then West Beam would probably also carry channels aimed at the countries to the West of Turkey, whilst the East Beam would do the same for countries to the East of Turkey.

This makes no sense. They are still coming from the same spot in the sky. If they can't see the satellite, it doesn't matter what beam transponders are coming from.

Same thought certainly crossed my mind but I did say "possibly"! , Then the response to Italy2006 came to mind - and I think the latter one was likely more in line with what the sat operators intend.

Both European beams from 7C are within the 100cm dish footprint in England & Wales so that will keep the Feed Hunters happy :)

The designer east footprint prevents the signals reaching Ireland & Scotland with a 100cm dish,

The Turkish Takeaways that all have a 100cm dish mainly aimed either at 7 east or 42 east here in the South East are well catered for here in Essex & the surrounding counties.

There are some slight variations with the Eutelsat sites European footprints when compared with the opening post ?

Eutelsat 7C will replace Eutelsat 7A

Feed allocations @ 7 east
10950 to 11200 currently on 7A will move to 7C
11640 to 11700 currently on 7A will move to 7C
12500 to 12750 will remain on 7B + there may be some new frequencies used by 7C,

Eutelsat 7A will then move to a new location currently unknown.

The same happened when Eutelsat issued E8WB coverage maps in the app , and after a while, the official maps were available with little but noticable difference.

Until some programme rights are discussed with the satellite provider.

Read post #14 again & you will see that both satellites @ 7 east carry feeds.
