My 6983 skipped over it on the two scans i did, i'll re-check it's settings and try again.

As mentioned earlier, 4154L is not for DTH reception. It's a terrestrial package by Canal+ in Africa called Easy TV. It's fed to DVB-T2 transmitters in Francophone African countries and received with a low cost terrestrial receiver with a smartcard. I'm not sure if you obtained the card whether it would work in OSCam or the likes.

Thanks for all your reply and I understand you need a special receiver like the Octagon SF4008 or a TBS-tuner to get the T2MI MIS and PLP signals.
If the DVB-T2 mux is also encrypted in Nagravision well maybe you could decode this with the same smartcard, but I understand no-one knows because no-one ever tried.
This is the only receivable signal in The Netherlands with Novelas TV - LyngSat
Someone asked for it, so I was just wondering..

Edit: Just read that the Octagon SF4008 can't handle symbol rates higher than 45000...

Not really, only Zeonbud on 4.8E needs a MIS capable tuner, all the rest can be received as stream channels with the right configuration on every E2 box that can run SDG or OpenATV via astra-sm.

I can see some peaks for afew weeks in 11450-11700V but it is not for my hardware to receive. Can you check it too? Maybe it is DVB-S2X or NS3?
