About 2 hours ago, they shut down the two test carriers...

Telemetry on frequency 12500,00 switched to circular polarity, while that on frequency 11701,70 was switched off and switched on on frequency 11704,60, in circular polarity.

For some time the telemetry signal was very unstable, a sign that the satellite has performed rotation maneuvers.

it is very probable that the transfer to 13°E has begun, tomorrow I will carry out new readings in order to establish if it is moving and in which direction.

BREAKING NEWS
HOTBIRD 13F have been left 0.50°E orbital position and actually is moving to 13°E official orbital position will replacing her two old satellites HOTBIRD 13B and HOTBIRD 13E and receiving part of HOTBIRD 13G's services
 
Today I carried out new checks ... for a few hours, it has begun to move towards the east.

Using a circular polarity LNB, I checked the polarities of the telemetry signals, 11704.6 RHCP and 12500 LHCP
 
It is at approximately 1,5°E and has switched telemetry signals back to linear polarity (Horizontal).
 
It is stopped at about 1,5°E.
 
Keep patience, before the end of July HB 13F will be operational on 13°E, according to confidential material to each teleport and/or tv channel !
 
Two test carriers with fluctuating signal appeared at 1,5°E. Frequencies 11575,11 H and 12528,44 H.

It depends on the author of the page what algorithm he enters, the page does not check the real location.

For some hours they have turned off the test carriers on the frequencies 11035 V, 12585 H and 12665 H.

For now the telemetries are still in linear polarity (On-Station).
