I don't think so , both of them have the same specifications so if there's super beam means both will have it
 
Now it's close to 16 east but still not stable ( keeps moving)

Yesterday it stayed at 13 with same parameters where currently other satellites are palced

seems its going to be in service very soon
 
anyone please elaborate that it keeps moving automatically or its how its being tested and being controlled by satellite tech team
 
You need to remember that satellites with electrical thrusters change their delta vee (effectively the amount that they move) VERY VERY slowly - the impulse the electric thrusters give is tiny compared to conventional chemical thrusters. It may just be that the satellite tracking sites are not really set up for tiny changes in orbit.

We already know the sites are only updated every few days - how many times have we seen satellites "jump around" or "overshoot" a new orbital position Dozens & dozens - because the tracking sites are only designed for birds that have regular predictable orbits. As soon as a satellite is being actively controlled and manoevered the tracking is broken for a few days until it slides into its new slot & the tracking catches up with its new orbital parameters. So I very much doubt 13F is "moving around" in reality.
 
Now satellite achieved required speed of 3.07 miles per second

Now next would be testing
