This channel has viewing issues,the picture is jumpy and merges into a color magma.... this for at least a month.Anyone knows what s going on?
And the "new" Hotbird hasn t settled this issue....

This channel is working OK try deleting TV data & rescan the transponder.

1,8 Channel Master, Black Pro LNB with CM feedhorn for 28 E which is my main interest when watching TV. VU+ DUO 4K SE, VU+ DUO 2, Octagon SF8008 and Vantage 8000 S and TS receivers. Fixed dishes at: 42 E (0,75 m), 28,2/28,5 E (1,8 m), 19,2 E (1,5 m), 13 E (1,1 m), 9 E (0,7 m), 5 E (1,2 m) and 1 W (0,7 m).

Works fine and used to be among the weakest transponders when it was on 13 B (about 80 %). Now it comes in at 100 %.

Actually I checked My5 specific now and the sound is really bad!
The picture is fine even if the quality/resolution isn't the best.

I just did that. Still jumpy as before & other channels work fine.....sound alternates accelerated speech with silent 2 second breaks & picture freezes and defreezes over 2 second cycles...

you can change the frequency instead of 10815 try 10810 or 10820

You are correct, there is a fault with the encoder settings on this channel. It works on the PC but on two of my STBs, it's glitching in strange ways.

Interestingly, it's an ffmpeg software encoder (they didnt change the ID) so I'm not really sure how it's doing this but they probably just have to restart ffmpeg.

I had to look in to this a bit more.
It seems it is a matter of receiver used to watch this channel.
Tried it on all my receivers:

Vu+ DUO 4K SE: Picture almost without disturbance. Bad sound.
VU+ DUO 2: Picture almost without disturbance. Very bad (unusable) sound.
Vantage 8000S: No problem at all! Picture and sound works fine!

I m using a Comag twin tuner HD/CI+
btw some lesser channels (italy & poland's music & ads channells) sometime do not open (sound ok & no picture)
as these are worthless channels ,I ve always thought it was bad technology for bad contents....
only one i m kind of missing is Burkina Faso ,on 9East 11900 H 27500
which started being bad (worse than My5 Uzbek) 1 month (or 2) ago
picture starts perfect,after 3 seconds merges into a colour chaos in 2 minutes! sound is fine

could it be interference from a DECT phone or WiFi ? You can try unplugging other devices to check. also using better isolated antenna cables and plugs helps.

the thing is,the other channels on same TP of 9East,(Mali,Niger,Senegal) work absolutely fine!

Hotbird 13B is moving eastward, currently at approximately 14,5°E.

The on-station telemetry signals, frequency 11701,00 H and the non-modulated on-station beacon are active, frequency 12500,50 H.

The S-band telemetry signal should also be active, for emergency/Leop operations... but unfortunately I'm not equipped to check.

It's not your hardware. The source they are providing to the uplinker is corrupt upon encoding.

Again, an email to the technical team is needed to fix it sadly.

Same thing here on my receivers. Fully watchable but with disturbances in the picture. Sound is ok.

Apparently adjustments are made on the new birds.
12149 V was weak on 13B and one of the weakest after it was moved.
Today it's up 1 dB to 16,1 dB at my place (with an 1,1 m dish).
