Slight differences in the reflectors on the transmit antennas.

Slightly different locational positioning.

Here in southern Scotland its the other way around - 13G is noticably stronger than 13F on the receiver signal meter. Most tps are ~2dB stronger

Hotbird 13B is moving eastward, currently at approximately 14,5°E.

The on-station telemetry signals, frequency 11701,00 H and the non-modulated on-station beacon are active, frequency 12500,50 H.

The S-band telemetry signal should also be active, for emergency/Leop operations... but unfortunately I'm not equipped to check.

There is ZERO evidence for this at the moment. A few posts on other forums is just speculation, nothing more Unless you can give a RELIABLE source for this information please stop posting these rumours.

A rliable source is a press release from either Eutelsat or an insurance company handling a claim for an underperforming satellite. Not some disgruntled bloke on a hobby forum.

Comparison between two spectrums, between morning and evening.
You can notice the different levels between the two spectrums, in the morning the 13F is lower and the 13G is higher, in the evening it is the opposite.

There are more options in Linux than in Windows (almost none)
