13°E is the correct satellite position, a Tivusat receiver (or CI+ receiver plus CI+ CAM) and active card is required to view it.

@vaz23 : Dude, stop spamming another thread. Your questions have been already answered multiple times in the other thread. If you don't have reception of Eutelsat at 9 East (which you won't have) your only option is the Tivusat card.

This always happens as the tracking is automatic & does not display correctly when the satellite stops look at the tracking in a few days time for the correct location.
