EUTELSAT KONNECT VHTS

Once the geostationary orbit has been reached. The telemetry frequencies 11701.60 RHCP and 11704.00 RHCP have been switched off and switched on the frequencies 11698.20 RHCP and 11699.00 RHCP.

Many thanks, I wondered why I could not see them.

Here's a plot with both and Eutelsat 3B (11699.8MHz H). The feed, on 1.2m dish is horizontally polarised.

Using Linear feed only, looking at 2.68°E.
11698.20 displays as Hor on Promax - 11699 shows a Circ signal RHC ?.

Is it likely Konnect VHTS will join its smaller sister Konnect at 7° E.

IIRC the smaller Konnect was for Africa coverage with 64 spot beams with a limited number of Europe spotbeams for interim coverage until Konnect VHTS was operational.
