My Satellite Setup
VU + Zero + Offset 1.25m Motorised Dish with Vbox III Iberosat + Motor Actuator 36v and Lnb Invacom. Satellites - 28E, 42E, 13E, 19E, 26E, 7W, 30W etc..

I have this satellite in my list but i don t have signal
 
Are you sure its pointing at 16e and is your satellite.xml file upto date as they have just changed all the frequencies :D

Even if the dish is pointing at 16e, unless your reciver can see a frequency that has a signal on it, its not going to see anything.

i tried this frequency 11131V 16300, 11178V 27500 e 11282V 27500 and i m not signal

should be 11132V 16296 FEC 3/4 11178V 27500 FEC 3/4 11283V 27500 FEC 5/6
