Hi, I am not to sure if this topic will be of interest to many but for those with a slight inclination to tinkering with EBS Pro and using the results for scan comparisons it might be useful? The EBS Pro database containing the history of all scans can be exported from the database and setup in a spreadsheet application to provide quick comparisons between scan results. The results database can contain hundreds of historic scans or just a few depending if the user has deleted the historic scans recently. Whatever scan results are in the database will be included in the export process. The logic of the process is as follows: 1. Locate the database file, copy it to another location and work with the copy. 2. Download and install a free SQLite viewer, I use "DB Browser for SQLite". 3. Open the DB Browser application and select "File -> Open Database" from the menu. 4. Navigate to the location where the copy of the EBS Pro database was saved and open the "data.db" file. 5. Once the data.db file has loaded, select "File -> Export Table (s) as csv files". 6. Select the "Reports" table as the table to export and click OK, clear the OK boxes and exit the DB Browser. 7. Open the csv file with a spreadsheet program and there you have it, thousands of lines of scan results in a spreadsheet for onward use. I have attached a series of pictures below that present the process sequence. The pictures are spread across this post and the next post as they would exceed the maximum allowed on a single post. If anyone wishes to have a copy of the excel file I used to map the export results into the summary list that was used by the Pivot Table I will see if I can upload it. I might need to change to file extension to a file type allowed by the forum upload control as I am not sure if xlsx is an approved file type?
