80 east scan all tp R circular.
Given that only about 4 degrees elevation so the signal strength is very good.
This is the easternmost satellite I get in, but a few years ago I got into INSAT 2E @ 83 East.

I do not have C-band ATM, but when I had than on 1,5 PFA on 3875R 32000 3/4 (channel MUZ) was 59% dreambox scale. For my location 80*E has elevation 9,3*, pretty easy catch.
 
According to Flysat Express-AM2 working again? And yes, there´s channel with name "Grozny" here. What was story of this satellite @hvdh or somebody else?

This week?

Am33 at 90E depointed a couple of days ago. Some traffic was moved over to the adjacent Yamal.

AM33 seems to have been recovered in the meantime.
 
Kveys, the Express-AM2 (launched March 2005) started having a problem with solar panel sun-pointing, in March 2009.
Also lifetime is shortened, and inclination is building since August 2014.
Now 0.6°, that is still insignificant for C-band.
