120cm offset dishes for 124e and 128e with emp centauri profi multiswitch 9x16, and 5x20
,180cm prime dish with lo 10678 ku lnb for 110e bs/cs

I wonder if it is possible to side-mounted the dish to receive a satellite.
I know that inverted installation is possible, but what about side-mounted installation?
If it is possible, will there be signal loss?
Also, will the lnb skew change?

Hi @nadal liu ! Yes, it is possible to do without signal loss. LNB skew in relation to satellite will not change, but in relation to dish it will be different. Do some experimenting and share with us.

You can side mount provide you use an 'L' shaped mounting bracket fitted so that the part the dish goes on vertically.

Even a offset dish can receive in any position as long as the lnb skew is correct .
