Mine's in the garage waiting to be re-united with the rest of its body parts. So.. where is the 'entertaining' stuff these days ? I need to crack on..

Yes I know but rather than having a single lnb with the dish swinging away I'd rather have it fixed with access to 4 Sats. Also, the moving part of the polar mount seized up a while ago, took some leverage to make it rotate again but the nylon sleeves between the fixed & moving parts got trashed so now it's not a snug fit & there's some play and metal-metal contact.
The cog on a Fibo when worn could be replaced with a bronze alternative.

I repaired it with the material of a RedBull can "
With some new grease worked as new .

None of those parts look like 'nylon'.

Have you tried banana skins ?

Let me spell it out to you. The grinding metal parts are missing nylon sleeves which stop them rubbing together and take up the slack. Banana skins ? Is that what you've been smoking ?

I could try heavy duty grease but it would just seep out

One mount I repaired with a rollerbearing at topside and a sheet from a beer can .
A second mount with only such sheets at both rims .
For a friend who wanted more arc (75º E) I cut away a part of the mechanical end-stops .

Did Fibo make a 55cm dish ? If so what motor drive was it fitted with ?

Sure, the company had made famous casted aluminum Fibo55. Very nice dish. It had exactly the same polar-mount as Fibo90 and motor itself was also the same. But, I think that @Gerard_Dirks is only looking for LNB holder.
There is picture of my set of Fibos (55, 90 and 120cm). Fibos.jpg

Gerard , those parts are still at my shed in Nijmegen NL , but it was made for a 1.2 m Fibo .
For the 55 cm Fibo the lnb must be more close to the feedarm .
I suppose you are from the netherlands also , so you can send me a PM in Dutch

Hello RimaNTSS

I also own the motor for the 90 & 120cm. I can say that the 90cm Motor isn't compatible with the Fibo55

Maybe you wanted to say that motors from Fibo120 and Fibo 55 not exchangeable? Fibo55 and Fibo90 have exactly the same polar mounts and motors....at least what I have. Could you show some pictures?

Hello

My question is more stupid, because I don't know the influence of the Reflector in front of the LNB?!?

Their are a lot of Monoblocks on the Market. e.g. with Astra19/HotBird13. Because of the mirror-effect of this reflector will the Monoblock need to be an other setup (e.g. 3 degrees). I think it need to be less distance?!?

I want to use my combination for Astra19.2 & Astra 23,5, so the Monoblock for a normal Dish should be 4.3 degrees (Optimum Monoblock Twin LMTP-43H)

What Monoblock do I need for the 55cm Fibo? 3 degrees, 2 degrees? I have no idea of the multiplier effect of this reflector.

I think if I can't find an OutOfTheBox LNB Holder, I will ask someone to print a 3D Print Holder ?!?

Regards
Gerard

Fibos, by design, are not meant to be used in multi-feed arrangement. It can probably be done but more hassle than it's worth. I suspect performance will also be less than ideal, especially on a such a small dish. 3 degrees of separation will certainly not be achievable - there's not enough room for LNBs on a dish this size.
