Yes I know but rather than having a single lnb with the dish swinging away I'd rather have it fixed with access to 4 Sats. Also, the moving part of the polar mount seized up a while ago, took some leverage to make it rotate again but the nylon sleeves between the fixed & moving parts got trashed so now it's not a snug fit & there's some play and metal-metal contact.

None of those parts look like 'nylon'.
Have you tried banana skins ?
Let me spell it out to you. The grinding metal parts are missing nylon sleeves which stop them rubbing together and take up the slack. Banana skins ? Is that what you've been smoking ?
Banana skins wouldn't.I could try heavy duty grease but it would just seep out
Gerard , those parts are still at my shed in Nijmegen NL , but it was made for a 1.2 m Fibo .@Trust1
Hello
I saw your construction. It is exactly what i am looking for. I want to use it with the 55cm Dish. Can you tell me were I can find these parts (Monoblock & LNB Holder)
Regards
Gerard
Hello RimaNTSSSure, the company had made famous casted aluminum Fibo55. Very nice dish. It had exactly the same polar-mount as Fibo90 and motor itself was also the same. But, I think that @Gerard_Dirks is only looking for LNB holder.
There is picture of my set of Fibos (55, 90 and 120cm). View attachment 125737
Maybe you wanted to say that motors from Fibo120 and Fibo 55 not exchangeable? Fibo55 and Fibo90 have exactly the same polar mounts and motors....at least what I have. Could you show some pictures?I also own the motor for the 90 & 120cm. I can say that the 90cm Motor isn't compatible with the Fibo55
