Slightly awkward tuning this one in on my card, even though the SR is only moderately low and the signal is absolutely booming in. DVBDream scanned and found this channel, but wouldn't tune into it and didn't find it again on a rescan. SmartDVB didn't even find it. The TBS-IP app bundled with the card found the transponder and tuned in first time and, finally, TSReader tuned in and let me watch via VLC - all very strange :(
