How do I even use this tool?

Any tutorials on the web.
 
You need to use it with pidscanner.
Scan the transponder for likely pids (normally 1 to 4000) then copy them and paste them into filegrabber and press go.

Be very careful however as you are letting potentially lethal software straight past your firewall.
