It's been up and down for a few months. I couldn't access at all last week.

I think they have been suffering DDOS attacks on & off - they had cloudflare protection for a while a few weeks back.

I find that using my UK ISP (Virginmedia), Flysat hardly ever works for the last few weeks.

However, using an Internet proxy seems to solve the problem. A US IP address seems to work much better, European addresses seem to be a problem.

Loading a little slowly but the data comes up fine here with a Scottish ip address. (2240bst)

Must be ok, no problems even using hotspot on a phone with french sim, currently roaming in norway, so goes a long way back and forth before reaching me, still near instant.
Discovered some unencrytped french channels on astra 19 11377 V.
