Here is a revised more up to date version that I did last month.

You cant go far wrong with something like a a TM5402HD or one of the Openbox receivers - several of our members have these and will be able to help if you get stuck.

If you buy the esoteric no name Chinese knock off then you are basically on your own as no-one else on the forum has one!
 
And if you buy from one of the forum sponsors you have some back up if there is a problem too.


HOWEVER if you want to go down the BEIN SPorts route you dont have a choice - you have to get a BEIN Sport receiver imported from the Middle East - the cards are tied to their boxes..
 
Cheers will have a look around off on holiday soon so when I get back will be buying one
 
Have a think about exactly what you want whilst you are on holiday (& have a beer for us!). If you can decide exactly what you want then we will be in a better place to suggest ideas.

If you go for bein sport you will need a big dish to get it on 25.5E, 13 E is an easy catch but you are limited to games, they is a good chance you will be able to pick up 4.8E in Sheffield (not bein sport) but they show lots of footy I can get a signal here 24/7 on a 1mtr dish ;)

Bein sport pack is very easy to obtain how good the seller is I don't know ?

I can recommend a seller for BeIN Sports, if needed. Canal+ Poland on 13E is a good option as well. ;)
 
If you want english commentary you can either get a virgin media tivo box or go to the bbc radio on your iPhone. If the picture is ahead of the audio then you'll have to get a satellite box with PVR functionality.

hi peeps had to sell my dish missus said it was far to big for the flat :mad: she said i can have one just a little bit bigger than a sky dish i know i wont get far. Also was going to buy a dvb card today but is there much i can do with one theses days.
 
How big a dish do you think you could talk her into?
The Penta 85cm is a nice looking dish, and is supposed to perform quite well.
You can also get it in brick colour, to blend in, but equally you can paint satellite dishes yourself.
Another option is the transparent dish.

Should be ok for 13E, try Canal+ (polish) on Cyfra package, should be easy to get hold of a card. They do all the premiership coverage, early ko, 1 3.00pm ko, late ko, Sundays etc. Check L J Sport for matches.
 
There is nothing to stop you using a zone 2 (test post)
