Format HDD with Iclass 9595

Hello,

I have Iclass 9595.

Today i connect Western Digital Portable 250gb with NTFS Format to Iclass 9595

But show log "Please Wait for USB ...." But after 10 min still show this log!

And i can't use MY HDD with Iclass 9595!

I used Seagate 250gb Portable without problem... is that with format ? or iclass don't support Western digital?

I don't know your receiver but it is highly likely that the hard disc needs to be formatted in FAT32. NTFS is proprietary to Microsoft.

I use Fat32Formatter to format large hard discs and have attached it to this post.

Do you know about official site Hivision-Iclass ?
 
Sorry, I know nothing about the receiver - it is only the hard disc I thought I could help you with.
