Hi,

I have a fortec star lifetime diamond satellite receiver. Its tuned to hotbird frequency and there are some encrypted channels. to get the encrypted channels do i have to flash it or enter keys? if so, where do i get the firmware from or the keys?

i have never flashed it or enter the keys before and just got the fta channels working from the hotbird frequency.

There is almost nothing open on keys these days, certainly not on Hotbird, 1 deg West DigiTV is about all there is and they will go dark soon
