I have a Passion HD receiver but can no longer receive any HD channels. Cannot get any response from Fortec Star .... do they still exist

Yes, they do exist, but to use a computer analogy. communication is usually read only - i.e you can download stuff, but emails are invariably ignored.
Can you open an HD channel on a DVB-S transponder, i.e. Channel 4 HD on Astra 1N 11127V?
