Fortec Star Sigma - Patchable?

My Satellite Setup
1m Mutlibracket (19e, 13e, 10e, 9e, 4.8e) & 1.2m @ 28e
My Location
Pärnu. Estonia/Burgas, Bulgaria
I have one of these and I am wondering if anyone knows if they can be patched.
 
Unofficial support disappeared for those a very long time ago.

Patches used to be available on the al7bar site, but its been redesigned and doesnt seem to have fortec s/w on it now.
