You may have noticed i've just upgrade the forum software to V2.01. Still a lot of work to do but if you spot anything major please let me know here.
 
Ah.

Much clearer to view, more responsive and easy to navigate.

That's three yesses!
 
Very good, clear layout. Just Recent Posts missing, usually next to New Posts.

EDIT - atm you also have to remove the read only unread box top left of the posts

Yes much better in full style, with 100% on browser but still space at the side edit just checking edit function is ok and yes it is

You may need to clear your cache, the standard style is set to be 100%
 
Cachee cleared using Ashampoo and ccleaner whilst browsers closed, no different but is no biggie Chris it is readable and in fairness e.g Ebay has the same borders as here however some do not, no logic, I am sure you have better fish to fry ATM

Much unclearer from here, I'm afraid.
Initial reaction was "where's recent posts", "where's like" and "where's reply-to"??
And did all my browsing history get reset across the update??
 
"Latest Activity" under "What's New" is too "busy - far too much info, avitars & so on, and that restricts the number of entries on a visible page (unless you are using a Portrait-orientation monitor!) -> needs to be about same amount of info as "What's New" itself.

Also noticed that a lot of "stuff" (number of posts, "Likes", equipment lists, etc.) has disappeared from below each avatar in this and other threads - was that "deliberate"? If so, then many people will have to move their equipment lists to their Signatures if they want that info displayed (personally, I think the latter is a good thing anyway because some of lists were very long, and often made a short post occupy a lot of the screen height)

The "Whats New" link seems to be the replacement for the old "Recent posts"

Ah, you've just solved the Recent Posts issue mentioned earlier .... that Whats New button effectively does the job.

Edit: Bu**er. The Honorary Scotsman beat me to it.

Yup that works nicely having edited my bookmark for it. No extraneous info about whose posted what on which thread which one of the other links does. EDIT - actually the profile posts are still showing down the bottom of the page - I hadnt scrolled down far enough! :D

Like & reply are bottom right of posts and work just as they have since we moved over to xenoforum:
