Free channels without card??

Can anyone tell me what channels I can expect to receive on a Panasonic TU-DSB30 if I don't have a Sky card?

All the BBC, ITV, shopping, religious, radio etc. NOT C4 or C5

Bloomin' flysat. Ch 4 should not be on that list, it's not FTA but FTV. Hopefully though, sometime this year it will become FTA.
