If there are any gems i cannot tell you since i don't receive any of those but if i were you i would check at http://www.lyngsat.com/atlantic.html and http://www.lyngsat.com/america.html which satellites cover your region. If you have absolutely free sight the maximum of viewable (not receivable) satellites for Chile are between 1W-139W.
