Zone 1 Satellite with single LNB

Hi, A few weeks ago our Manhattan SX box connected to a satellite setup stopped working leading to no signal whatsoever suddenly, suspecting a bad eroded cable we replaced with no luck. Since then we have tried a huge amount of steps and need to see if I'm missing anything obvious...
I have a brand new satellite dish kit which has been installed for the satellite on astra 28.2east for freesat, based in SW UK so set the skew to -15 on the LNB mount. I have a 20m brand new long coax run going through the wall to my Manhattan SX Freesat HD Box. The satellite checker shows there is obviously power coming from the freesat receiver box and is showing a good signal where the satellite is currently pointing which also is confirmed with a satellite pointing app on my phone to 28.2E.
We are not even getting to the menu on the Manhattan box where it shows signal and quality bars so you can adjust the signal, just stays on the initial screen that it is searching for a signal and then goes into an extended search before failing completely. We have ran the cable temporarily away from other interference sources and even dropped power to all mains cables near to the coax cable and with no results whatsoever. what could this possibly be?
We have tried with 3 different lnbs all with no success, also tried with 2 different coax cables and the weather isn't bad and it's been tried over a period of about 2 weeks of testing.
The dish alignment meter which beeps where its currently set, if we move the satellite at all from its current position the signal is lost, my only slight doubt is the gain on this meter has to be turned up nearly all the way to full before we start to get a signal? Is this normal?
If anyone has any tips to try or ways to get more advanced diagnostics from the box it would be much appreciated, I feel like we've tried everything and it's very frustrating!
