Freesat from 19.2°E

My Satellite Setup
trying to get freesat on 19.2 satellite.
its a note booklenovo
My Location
ls167rh leeds west yorkshire
what are the settings for ls16 7rh leeds
the transponder.disegc and both the lnb upper and lower.

What are you trying to receive and what equipment are you using? You won't be able to get Freesat with a dish pointed at 19.2°E. If you are using a dish from a previous Sky Q installation it should be pointing at the correct 28.2°E satellite but you might have to change the LNB depending on what receiver you are using. Generally for Freesat when using a universal LNB:

Transponder: 11426 Horizontal
Symbol Rate: 27500
Modulation: DVB-S QPSK
FEC: 2/3
DiSEqC: Off
22kHz tone: On
Power 13v/18v
LNB: Universal 9750/10600
 
Why would he want to recive 28E or 19E when he's posting in a thread about 16E ?

From his bio I assume he's looking for Freesat from 28.2°E or free-to-air channels from 19.2°E.

16E is for Balkans ,Central Europe.. Yugoslavia, Bulgaria ,Albania etc....
UK channels are on 28E
Germany on 19E
Italy on 13E
France on 5W
Arabosphere on 26E

yes the Serbo-Croat and Slovenian speakers,if you prefer... ex-Titostan.Their tvs are frequent on 16E,plus a few on others. Great music of all kinds,the rest is "language locked"... Austro-Hungary is more spread over...19E for German,21/23 for Cz/sk...hungary on 9E along with Africans and French...Poles on 13Ewith Italians...
.We could conclude that Ex-Austro-Hungary is less stuck together than Ex yougoslavia. Great satellite fan nations!

and here is a map of the old Austrian-Hungarian commonwealth. Funny thing is,everywhere on that map until today you get 1st class pastries and Austrian (Vienna-like) architecture. This said,a great variety of cuisines,languages,religions.... so Austria Hungary was a wonderful commonwealth it seems. But why did they align with Germany in 1914? the wrong decision. Too bad.
 
I just wanted to point out that Yugoslavia is a history as is Austro-Hungaria. And at least three of the "Yugoslavia" countries have also been Austro-Hungaria countries. Naming regions would be more proper... if you know what i mean.

yes of course.... i just noticed there is "Yugostalgia" ,watch some music channels from Croatia/serbia/montenegro...
when Hungary and Austria share some interests (classical music,opera ,architecture,pastries) but do not show the same nostalgia...

During Tito ,a lot of cross-regional marriages happenned ,people got used to freely move betw Beograd ,Sarajevo, Skopje.... and now are stuck with hard boiled nationalist governments... hence Yugostalgia ,as in "Underground" THE Yugoslav film!

Yet moving around Wien,Budapest,Warsava,Sofia or Chisinau isnt too much of a problem. Only Ukraine is...a Putin-made problem.A big one.

No,but I nearly traveled there & prepared my trip thorouhly ,including languadge keyword list,some knowledge about local mentalities ... that year Yugoslavia "exploded" ,Austria moved out its army,to cover Slovenia ; later Sarajevo and the anti muslim pogroms started...then, NATO involvement,Kosovo,Albania...so it became a "place of interest" in news. As I had just studied the area before; I got interested. Have you been there?
 
I like the idea of a diverse nation rather than a collection of hyper nationalistic mini-states... they tend to become traffickers'platforms,as today s serbia & albania. Yugoslavia was less "dangerous".
