I am having no luck getting FreeSat: Keep getting Network ID 003b, Transport ID 0800 - and apparently that’s wrong.

Sky MiniDish (Region 1)
Grundig FreeSat Digibox (Standard)
100% Signal strength and Quality

History:
1. Could not get past first signal screen.
2. Gave digibox to a friend - who connected immediately - got firmware update and full channel list
3. Got box back - now - using meter I try to get Freesat.
4. But I get Network ID 003b - which I think is correct for Astra2D Freesat
5. But I get Transport ID 0800 - which I think is not correct - Grundig manual shows 090b.
6. I have tried and tried to get something other than Transport ID 0800 and I cannot (signal strength and quality is 100%).
7. Have tried a new LNB - same result.
8. I must be doing something fairly simply wrong, but what? Any Advice Please?

The Network ID for Astra 2 at 28E is 002b and the Network ID for Astra 1 at 19E is 001b so I guess that you must be pointing to Astra 3 at 23.5E.

If this so then you need to nudge the satellite dish a bit more to the East.

The Grundig manual shows Network ID should be 003b. And I am pretty sure at pointing at 28.2 deg. Lots of links on Internet saysing Astra2D free view is 003b.

Are you using a "sky LNB" with the dish; if not, you might try rotating (i.e. 'skewing') the LNB a little.
