Sziasztok. Rossz szoftvert töltöttem rá freesat v8 uhd ra és nem kapcsol be hanem reboottol folyamatosan.Már mindent kipróbáltam de sikertelen. Valaki tudna segiteni nekem ez ügybe,hogy mit tanek.. Köszönöm előre az. Zsozsó

Hello. I loaded the wrong software on my freesat v8 uhd and it won't turn on but keeps rebooting. I've tried everything but it's not working. Can someone help me with this, what should I do. Thanks in advance. Zsozsó

There was a way of reverting to the original operating system if MARS had been installed by using a USB-to-RS232 header cable and a specific program to reinstall the original firmware. I believe you needed to open the box to access the headers. This too might revive your box but unfortunately as the official GTMedia forum has gone the software, firmware and method is no longer accessible from the original source but may still be available elsewhere.
 
Yes GTmedia has stopped all suport. Maybe vest to buy another receiver.

Thread 'GTMedia v8 UHD'

I have just unpacked this receiver from GTMedia and attached a few pictures below.
It is an older model having been around for a couple of years but apart from the 4:2:2 decoding present on the GT Combo it seems to have a decent specification.

It has two A/V outputs, HDMI and SCART, even though the SCART is outdated it can be used with an adapter to get pics into a PC or onto a TV.
Additionally, it stands upright which might be useful if space is a factor on a desk or shelf?

The receiver is supposed to pour Poop and for around £50 delivered for a 4K receiver it might be decent value...

Mind you it is a receiver with a SCART connector, the last receiver I bought with one was quite a few years ago.

Yeah i thought i could get them that way when i was searching for the firmware for the gtmedia gtx combo myself but the issue is only the webpages are archived and not the zip files themselves or you need to login since it says You are not authorised to view, download or link from/to this site. but that wont work eather the original posts are deleted so there is probably no chance to get them trough waybackmachine it will only work if they had uploaded them to mediafire for example anyway i could be wrong hes only way is to make a post on the freesat forum and hope one of the admins send him the files or get them from someone or get them on other forums wich i dont recommend you never know if they altered with the files anyway here is the page with lots of firmware files for the v8 uhd if someone else wants to try and prove me wrong
