Hi all, we have a small caravan deep in the woods near the village of Lauder in the scots. borders. We occasionally run a small tv mainly to watch the rugby. Looking at the transmitter maps it appears we are pointed at Selkirk, it's BBC scotland etc.

Last night we wanted to watch match of the day but had to wait as sports scene (dire IMHO) was on. Would it be possible to get a signal from Chatton in Northumberland if we could get the aerial high enough?

You might be able to if you have clear LOS - Back in analogue days Ive had the Tyne Tees transmitter on a portable tv on a smallish aerial from one of the high parts of Lauder Common. A huge signal.

Another possibility is to see if you can get Berwick tx. That one was reassigned to Tyne Tees during DSO.
