FTA channels not viewable

my brother has a panasonic tudsb30 problem is that on some channels like ITV & ATN and some others picture does not clear. says there is a fault on this channel. checked the signal that is ok

bbc & ch4/5 are ok
 
Is your brother in the UK Bollywood? if he is, then has he received them in the past? May be as simple as unplugging the box and then letting it search for the listings again, if this doesn't work, go into the installer's menu and go for the new installation option, it will search for all of the channels again.
