,and since the FTA signal is really down these days (for bbc & itv)
it would be a nice way to keep a decent reception

yes the irish channels are on the euro beams. btw iv updated my previous post with some more details

Just a question, and a suggested reason:
- why do Viasat channels, and others, "suddenly" fo FTA?
- because they want to entice in new subscribers?

Yes it was closed down last month replaced by Varzesh TV HD shows various sports FTA.
Try deleting the channels that do not work & re-scan all the transponders.

was showing some old film in english when i checked it last night, is now showing a documentary in english

I've just seen that BOM Cine on Hispasat 30W broadcasts with an original language stream. Not listed on Lyngsat, but it appears for me on audio carrier 259 along with a radio channel on 260. Currently showing the film Moses in English.

its been there a little while now, forget how long i noticed it when doing a full scan of 30°W
