Thanks smoggy, kitchen window is out of the question i have 225 bulbs and more to come . i will buy a proper greenhouse and install it by the end of the summer, i just need to know if i plant them 4 inch down and still having frost will they be ok are should i wait a few weeks.

I'd get them in the ground, they won't do anything in the packets. If your worried about the frost, mound the soil over the top of them to give them more protection from the frost. They'll push through it or you can remove it when and IF it warms up.

I'm sure it'll be worth the wait. If you had put it up nothing else would get done, you'd be too busy tinkering with it ;) I know I would be.

That's just it jase, I have all kinds of tinkering to do with the dish, I am in the process of making a polar mount, but I also need to make a motorised AZ/EL mount, plus dish arm mods, motorised moving LNB :D etc etc.

I best go over and have a look Ray, I managed to get 6 more conifers the other day 49p each :), they was also doing climbing plants, so I bought 6/7 of them for the very top of the garden that I am wanting to screen off,

That looks amazing. The dish doesn't look out of place either.

I'm not into that snow though :)

That looks great bim well done, I wish I had the room for something as big as that, but I will be doing something on a smaller scale probably a little log cabin,

I managed to get a few free planters this morning, I have the stone one planted up, i am unsure what to do with the cast iron drain pipes tops atm, i will probably put them on the tree trunks at the top of the garden.
