Garlic & Ginger "Clifton Springs" Chicken Wings...

I'm going to have a go at making these later today, unlike previous wings I've made these will be "oven fried" as per Chef John's instructions....

Well, the wings shall be cooked in about 15 minutes, but I made the sauce already, and my goodness that is one delicious sauce!!! There is absolutely no good reason on this earth for people to not make this!!

Though I think next time I'll fry my wings, oven-cooking them is slooooooooow, and I forgot to spray them with oil before putting them in to cook....

Recipe - Flawless...

Cooking method - Nah, for fried wings, fry 'em, oven cooking dries them out too much...

Didn't get a picture of them cos they mysteriously disappeared *burp* before I had a chance to get a pic... O-Ha
