57E to 58W, C-band and Ku, DVB-S2, 4:2:2 and blindscan.
My Location
38.5ºN, 0.5ºW
What are the main first few channels that every German would have tuned in and what order do they go in?
 
1 ARD
2 ZDF
3 Local TV (depending where the person used to live - e.g. if in Bavaria BR)

after that there are the private stations:
SAT1, Pro7, RTL, RTL2, VOX etc

plus quite a few more PSB's like 3Sat, Arte, etc.

In Germany there are no boxes like the BSKYB box with a separate EPG TP. Its up to the user to set up his program list individually.
 
Too bad that everything is dubbed rather then subtitled on German channels.
 
... and the stuff they produce themselves is rather crappy.

Thats why we spend so much money on this (see left).
