Analoguesat, I posted it in the German section because the German Viva music station was only transmitted on a satellite for the German audience so presumed that many of the users might be well aware of Viva and Club Rotation unlike many visitors from the UK. The UK Viva music channel has nothing to do with the well earned reputation of the German Viva music channel, something which should be considered as passing off in intellectual property rights. I was actually quite surprised, then very disappointed, when I watched the UK Viva channel. Sure the owners of the Viva music channel sold out, but even so, it's like the Elvis rights being sold off to McDonald's. timo_w2s thank you for your info, whenever you do find the time let me know - preferably before your VHS recorder stops working. I bought myself a Panasonic combined VHS DVD recorder for this purpose but it's not quite as well made as I would have expected and the operating instructions are horrible. As for the Sony, well they used to make good quality equipment but not anymore...nuff said!
