Hope someone can help here. I have a 1m triax monoblock set up to 13 and 19 and am only pulling around 60% signal strength. The system is 3 years old and has been working fine. I had the box unplugged for about 6 months and since trying to get it all up and running i can not get a lock on any of the transponders. So my question is has the tuner gone or could the dish need re - ailing?

Many thanks for your help.

90% chance of it being alignment - a 1m dish is prone to movement due to wind.

What receiver do you have for 19/13E: Your profile only mentions a Sky Box and you won't be using that!

Sky UK HD (Fixed 28.2E on Sky QUAD LNB)
VU+ Duo (Motorised 15w to 48E on Inverto Black Ultra Quad) and 28.2E Fixed
Sky Italia HD (Feed from Motorised Dish)
DM500 (Feed From Motorised Dish)

I'm guessing it a DM500s, as it's in the DM500 section?
But could be wrong.

I had lots of issues with my DM500s with it sporadicly not locking on etc, traded that up for a VU+, and have recently dug out the DM500s and it semes to be working again at the moment.

When the DM500s first went, it would not drive a motor at all, now it only seems to work on fixed dishes.

Not sure if it will be the same problem as your having.

Is it possible to try it on a fixed dish (28.2E) for example just by swapping one of the feeds from your SKy box to see if you can get a lock on that?
