Minimum altitude of Hayabusa during the deployment of the hoppers was 55m.

Currently Hayabusa is five hours overdue for contact with ground control.

Where did you see that? It's currently showing "in lock" on 8425.6796MHz and Madrid uplink TX on.
~6dB below my threshold on 1.2m.
This is giving the same info: Haya2NOW

From the ESA twatterings.

@haya2e_jaxa
[MINERVA-II1] Communication with MINERVA-II1 has currently stopped. This is probably due to the rotation to Ryugu, and MINERVA-II1 is now on the far side of the asteroid. We are currently working to confirm if there are images capturing the MINERVA-II1 landing. #asteroidlanding

Whilst the telemetry is still online, currently (at least until three hours ago ) there has been no data being received on the final drop to the surface. JAXA is expecting images of the two Minerva craft on their way down.

Hoping for pictures of the surface of Ryugu from a height of just under 100m, before Haybusa 2 turned on its thruster. These should show the landing site(s) of the Minerva craft.
