Check out the Cyp range, they make a whole range of HDMI over UTP/ Cat 5 kit. I have used their basic single base /transmitter/ receiver kit and had no problems, can be quite pricey though! Try the Alltrade site, they sell the Cyp range

You could also try an Antiference 1x4 splitter HDMIO104S, with 4x50m HDMI over Cat 5 kits HDMIE50SW. This would not be as neat, but would be cheaper.:) Also available as above.

You know that on some of the cheaper HDMI to CAT5 converters, to send true HD 1080i or 1080P HDMI signals through a CAT 5 cable will require two CAT5 cables.

And I have done this, use an HDMI splitter at the main source, (or an audio video receiver with a second HDMI output) and ran HD signals through an HDMI to CAT5 converter several hundred feet without problems.

For a single CAT5/6/7 run I use this one.

A bit pricy but you get what you pay for.
