HD picture freezing

Passion+ with fortec 65cm
My Location
surrey near guildford
as to what would make a HD channel picture Stop start, would adjusting pids ect help it?, signal good
 
Is this a recent problem? Picture freezing, sound glitches etc are all signs of poor signal. Could the dish have moved?

It is BBC3 HD which was moved frequency, I have no problem with all the other BBC HD channels or channel 4 HD and ITV hd,

Do you have any problems with the other HD channels on that frequency?
 
No BBC 1 and bbc 2 all okay HD and BBC 4HD but that is a different frequency
