Hi all,
I am new here and I have no knowledge whatsoever about satellites, decoders etc.
I like to gamble on horses during the race in the UK and I have heard that there are people out there who have pictures of these races that are roughly 1-2 seconds in front of my legitimate, costly ones.
I have heard that these people have their own dishes and decoders etc and I gather that they have a distinct advantag eover people such as myself because their pictures are that much closer to being 'live' than my own.
Has anybody here heard of this? Or does anybody know how such pictures would/could be obtained? I look forward to hearing of your responses.
