Hello HD on 9E

My Satellite Setup
Moterk 2100A motor on Cyfra+ 80cm dish,45'E-37.5W Technomate 6800 HD receiver(Normal).
Windows 7 and Linux.
My Location
Buckinghamshire(H.Wyc)
Package free to air at the moment
transponders 12304 V, 12074 V (8PSK, 27500 3/4)

Im really having trouble finding this

I get clashes with 13e or when I try 11727 V 27500 for Arqiva, ann etc I get them in no bother, but that transponder is on 9e, so how come I cant get Hello
 
I don't know dude. 9E satellite is working in full glory. I have just checked the Hello package now and its still in the clear
 
It'll probably stay clear for a few days - they have gone fta over Christmas the last couple of years

man that is weird then

is hello slightly different than 11727 V 27500 for Arqiva
 
Not slightly different - the Hello channels being discussed are on DVB-S2 transponders, for which you need an HD receiver - presumably you are using a non-HD box.
 
Just decided to acquire these for SWMBO to watch on the Foxsat in the living room and found I already had them stored in non-Freesat mode from eons ago.

Obviously this FTA period is not a one-off.

They'll keep her quite today!!

I found out what I was doing wrong, I didnt have the channel as a 8PSK
 
I just found out that they are FTA, great! So there is no way of viewing these with a non-HD box (such Dreambox) or is there a trick that can be done by editing something?
 
No T_G, has to be a box with a DVB-S2 tuner.
