They took some finding. The Hello HD group of channels is @ 9 East. But all the channels on those 2 transponders are encrypted when I tried.

I could have looked at listings myself, I suppose - but the household chores come first

They only remained FTA for a couple of hours or so.
However a new channel has launched,and is reported to be FTA,atm:

That is also scrambled now.

They might be testing and transmitting some channels FTA at times.
