Help..Can someone in NL assist Irdeto1 to 2

Hi.. Is there someone in NL who can assist me in replacing Canaal+ Irdeto1 with a Irdeto2 card? Can't use www.kaartwissel.nl as I don't live in NL! Only need 11 base channels.
